Two people from Yellville and two from Harrison were injured in a two-car crash Wednesday evening in Taney County. The injured include 79-year-old Homer Butler and 75-year-old Margaret Butler of Yellville along with 30-year-old Jimila Holt and an 11-year-old male from Harrison. All four were taken to Cox Medical Center South in Springfield with what were termed moderate injuries by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
According to the crash report, the vehicle driven by Homer Butler pulled into the path of the vehicle driven by Holt. Holt’s vehicle overturned several times.
The accident happend at 6:05 Wednesday evening on U.S. Highway 65, about one mile south of Hollister.
