That is 1.83 inches below the normal of 3.99 inches. For the year-to-date, 31.18 inches of rain has fallen. The average for the first six months is 23.19, meaning Mountain Home is 7.99 inches above normal.
Rain was only recorded eight days in June, and only one time in the last 18 days of the month. The most rainfall was recorded the 2nd with .91 inches. It was quite the opposite of May which finished with 8.11 inches of rain, totaling 3.26 inches above normal.
