If you’re headed out to Norfork Lake Saturday evening to watch the fireworks, make sure to take 99.7 The Boot along with you.The Boot will carry patriotic music synchronized to the fireworks used in the Lake Norfork Independence Eve Fireworks Show. The fireworks are scheduled to start at dusk Saturday evening, which is typically about 9 this time of year. The Boot’s musical accompaniment will begin when the fireworks start.
The fireworks show will be discharged between the Highway 62 and Highway 101 bridges.
The Norfork Lake fireworks are an annual event presented by the Lake Norfork Fireworks Association and is funded through community donations.
