Online court records show that Baxter County man accused of raping a female relative in 2018 has seen the charge be dismissed.
The Prosecuting Attorney’s Office filed paperwork in late March to dismiss the rape charge levied against Gary Alexander Hall. Court records show the case being closed on March 30 and a planned jury trial for the case being canceled May 12.
Hall had pled not guilty when he was arrested in May 2019 and had been free on a $50,000 bond.
