A Mountain Home man pled guilty to drug-related charges during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court last week and was given four years in prison.
Forty-nine-year-old Kevin Wilson was arrested in early May when officers went to the Spring Valley Motel based on a tip that Wilson might be there.
There were active warrants out on Wilson. He was also reported to be an absconder with probation/parole, according to the probable cause affidavit.
Wilson was located and cuffed. He was asked if he had anything illegal on his person and replied he “did not know.”
When he was searched, drugs including methamphetamine – and drug paraphernalia were found.
The state dismissed revocation petitions on earlier cases after Wilson entered his guilty plea on the new drug-related charges.
