The Mountain Home Planning Commission will meet Monday afternoon at 1 p.m. at City Hall.
Items on the agenda include a variance for 1005 Waverly Road, and approving a sketch plan for the Cobblestone Ridge development.
Two rezoning items are also on the meeting’s agenda, with requests for property located behind 1559 Glenbriar Drive and property at 503 Spring Street to be rezoned from Residential R-1 to Commercial C-3.
