A former leader of the Mountain Home High School golf teams will be returning to the links this fall. Dell Leonard was selected as the head coach of the Bombers and Lady Bombers during Thursday’s meeting of the Mountain Home School Board.

Leonard says he is looking forward to rejoining the programs this season. He had to step away two years ago in part because of his part-time mowing business, but mainly because of his duties with the girls’ basketball program.

Leonard says he learned a lot from his previous stint as the head golf coach, and the first thing he wants to do is surround himself with people more knowledgeable about the game.
