Although Bobby Hulse lost his battle with the coronavirus in January, his legacy continues to be felt throughout Arkansas. The late Norfork High School principal was recently selected as the Class 1A Athletic Director of the Year by the Arkansas High School Athletic Administrators Association.
Norfork superintendent Chip Layne says as someone who had worked with Hulse for nearly a year-and-a-half, there was no one more deserving of the award.

Hulse’s wife Vickie was at the ceremony to receive the award in her husband’s honor. Layne says it’s his hope that the award and the event were good for Hulse’s family.
