
The Mountain Home Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Monday afternoon at 1 inside City Hall.Items on the agenda include four rezoning requests.
Anita K. Vazquez is asking the commission to approve her request that property located at 503 Spring Street be rezoned from Residential R-1 to Commercial C-2.
West Battlefield Associates LLC is requesting that 507 Spring Street be rezoned from Residential R-1 to Commercial C-2.
Phil Rite Inc. is asking that property located at the corner of Pebble Creek and the Sheid-Hopper Bypass be rezoned from R-1 to Commercial C-2.
The fourth request is from Dawn Properties Inc. and asks that 128 College Street be rezoned from Residential R-2 to Commercial C-2.
If approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission, the requests will advance to the Mountain Home City Council for final consideration.
