Michelle Stine

A woman arrested in late August last year after the vehicle in which she was a passenger was pulled over by Arkansas State Police troopers, pled guilty to the charges against her during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Monday.

Thirty-four-year-old Michelle Stine, who listed an address in Colcord, Oklahoma, when booked into the county jail, was given six years probation on a charge of possessing a controlled substance.

According to the probable cause affidavit, after the stop, Stine claimed she was having a seizure and was taken to Baxter Regional Medical Center. She was discharged a short time later and taken to jail.

When the vehicle in which she had been riding was searched, a clear plastic bag containing suspected LSD was located.

Stine, who was on parole at the time of the traffic stop, was also found to have two Oklahoma felony warrants for her arrest. She has also been in trouble in Benton County, Arkansas, according to court records.
