The Melbourne High School golf teams picked up a pair of wins Monday in a three-team match at Cooper’s Hawk Golf Course in Melbourne.
On the boy’s side, Melbourne shot a 124. Salem was second with a 153 and Cotter was third with a 156.
The Bearkatz were led by Roby Cooper who earned medalist honors with a 40. Salem’s top golfer was Conner Henderson with a 49. Cotter was led by Justin Martin with a 46.
On the girl’s side, Melbourne got the win with a 147. Salem and Flippin tied for second with a 154.
The Lady Bearkatz’ Sophie Love was the medalist with a 41. Flippin was led by Madelyn Lindsey with a 49. Salem’s Jaycie Strong and Morgan Johnson each shot a 51.
