Preseason football makes up the local Friday schedule, and Mountain Home will be among the teams having one more tuneup before the season starts. The Bombers will be on the road for a benefit game with Jonesboro. Kickoff at Cooksey-Johns Stadium is scheduled for 7 p.m.
In Missouri, West Plains will compete in a jamboree at Camdenton, and Branson will host a jamboree.
