The Mountain Home Christian Academy varsity volleyball team began its season on a good note as they beat Lighthouse Christian in straight sets on their home floor. The Lady Eagles topped the Lady Chargers 25-6, 25-12 and 25-10.
Mountain Home Christian did not fare as well in the junior high match as they fell in straight sets. Lighthouse Christian picked up wins of 25-20 and 26-24.
The seventh grade match needed all three sets to decide a winner. Lighthouse Christian topped Mountain Home Christian 23-25, 25-18 and 15-12.
