Jimmy’s Creek Bridge in Marion County is closed for repair for approximately the next 3 weeks, according to Judge John Massey.The work on the bridge means Marion County 8060 is also closed until the repairs are completed.
Judge Massey says the closures impact those living off Welcome Ridge Road or Marion County 8001, as well as Marion County 8060 and 8059.
The detour results in citizens having to use Marion County 8001 to the junction of Arkansas Highway 14 to travel to Mountain Home, Flippin, Gassville and other areas. For emergencies, motorists should choose 8001 to 8059.
