No injuries were reported following a Christmas Day fire at Walmart in West Plains. The store posted on its Facebook the fire has forced its closure until further notice.
According to KYTV/KSPR, crews responded around 2 p.m. at Walmart on Preacher Roe Boulevard and were on the scene for less than three hours. Investigators say the fire started in the jewelry department. The extent of damage is currently unknown.
No foul play is suspected, but the cause of the fire is under investigation.
