Last month, KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot news aired a story reporting Kenneth Marberry of Flippin had entered a guilty plea to selling methamphetamine to a confidential informant.

Court records show he was arrested in late 2020 on a charge of delivery of methamphetamine. Delivery is defined as “transferring or attempting to transfer from one person to another a control substance in exchange for money or anything of value.”

However, the original charge of selling the drug was negotiated down to a possession of meth charge.

Marberry entered his plea to the reduced charge on Dec. 2. He now stands convicted of possession of methamphetamine, not selling the drug. He was put on probation for three years.
