High school basketball makes up much of the local Tuesday schedule, and Mountain Home will wrap up its run of two straight road trips. The Bombers and Lady Bombers will be in the Arkansas River Valley for an outing with Russellville.

Mountain Home’s girls are 4-12 on the season and 1-2 in the 5A-West. The Lady Bombers are coming off a win at Van Buren on Friday. This will be Russellville’s first conference game of the season. The Lady Cyclones are 6-6 on the year.

The Mountain Home boys are 2-13 overall and 0-3 in the league. The Bombers lost to Van Buren four days ago. Russellville is 8-6 and 2-0. The Cyclones’ last game was a week ago, when a banked-in 3-pointer beat the buzzer and pushed them past Greenbrier.

The junior varsity boys’ game tips off at 4:45 at Cyclone Arena. The varsity games begin around 6. We are not able to broadcast Tuesday’s games on Classic Hits 101.7. The game can still be viewed on the Bomber Sports Network channel on YouTube.
