Friday basketball schedule includes MHHS hosting Greenwood

High school basketball makes up the local Friday schedule, as Mountain Home returns to the home floor. The Bombers and Lady Bombers will welcome Greenwood to the Twin Lakes Area.
Mountain Home’s girls are 4-13 on the season and 1-3 in the 5A-West. The Lady Bombers fell to Russellville on Tuesday.
The Mountain Home boys are 2-14 overall and 0-4 in the league. The Bombers also lost to Russellville three days ago.
The junior varsity boys’ game tips off at 4:45 at Bomber Gymnasium. The varsity contests begin around 6 and can be heard on Classic Hits 101.7 and streaming live at ktlo.com and on the Bomber Sports Network channel on YouTube.

Norfork’s girls will play on the consolation side of the Nixa Girls Invitational Tournament. The Lady Panthers meet Republic at 5:30.

Elsewhere, Flippin hosts Life Way Christian, the Gainesville boys travel to Mountain Grove, Western Grove makes the trip to Deer, Salem entertains Sloan-Hendrix, Izard County’s boys play Magnet Cove at Dierks, the Dora boys head to Seymour, Melbourne is home against Tuckerman for three girls’ games, Melbourne’s boys travel to Dierks, Marshall makes the trip to Conway Christian, Lead Hill heads to Kingston, Bergman travels to Elkins, Valley Springs makes the trip to West Fork, and Harrison hosts Gravette.
