A one-vehicle crash early Saturday morning in Mountain Home resulted in suspected serious injuries to the passenger and the driver suspected of driving while intoxicated. Twenty-year-old Blake Lively of rural Mountain Home was airlifted to Cox Medical Center South in Springfield, and 21-year-old Keith Stuebner of rural Mountain Home was transported to Baxter Regional Medical Center with what was described as a possible injury.

According to the Mountain Home Police Department, Stuebner was traveling on Rodeo Drive, and Lively was his passenger. The vehicle left the roadway, hit a small tree, continued on and struck another tree on the passenger side.

A witness says she observed a vehicle in some bushes. She says she dialed 911 after the driver crawled out of the vehicle through the passenger window.

A Mountain Home officer responded to the scene and took Stuebner into custody on suspicion of DWI. After being transported to Baxter Regional, he consented to a blood test. The results are pending.

Lively was reportedly extricated from the vehicle before being airlifted to Cox Medical Center South. At last update, he was being transferred to the neurotrauma unit in critical condition.

Both occupants were reportedly not wearing seat belts in the 12:37 a.m. accident. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $10,000.
