The Mountain Home High School girls’ wrestling team finished seventh at the State Wrestling Tournament at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Thursday, and had two Top 5 individual finishers. The tournament combined all classes, from 1A to 6A.
Two Lady Bombers made it to the medal rounds. Amelia Frounfelter finished in second place in the 165-pound weight class. Emalyn Stephens finished fifth in the 108-pound category.
Wrestlers from over 40 schools took part in the event.
