8 building permits issued in MH in February

A new residence tops the building permits list for February, according to a report from the City of Mountain Home Building Inspection Department.

The permit for the home to be located at 608 Wedgewood Circle was issued to Custom Homes of the Ozarks, Inc. The construction value of the 2,240-square-foot home is $265,000.

Other permits were issued to

– DC Sparks Construction of Rogers for a commercial remodel project at 914 South Main Street, the location of Grandma’s House Children’s Advocacy Center, with a construction value of $31,749;

– Beers Development LLC for a commercial remodel project at 1406 U.S. Highway 62 East, the location of Buncles Brick Oven and Brews, with a construction value of $30,000;

– Roger Scott for a 936-square-foot residential garage to be located at 401 Glenstone Drive with a constructional value of $25,000;

– Danny Jones for a 700-square-foot storage building to be located at 1398 Nicole Lane with a construction value of $10,000; and

– Timothy Hall for a 350-square-foot residential storage building to be located at 1515 Benton Street with a construction value of $3,000.

The remaining two permits were for signs and were issued to

– Sign Tech on behalf of Shelter Insurance with a construction value of $15,000; and

– Simply Blessed with a construction value of $100.

Total construction value of the eight permits issued in February was $379,849.

The cost of all permits issued for the month of February totaled $824.
