The killing of a former state senator whose district included portions of the Twin Lakes Area will be featured on NBC’s Dateline Friday night. Linda Collins was killed in her Pocahontas home in 2019. She was elected to the Arkansas State Senate for District 19 in 2014. The district includes eastern Fulton County and all of Izard, Sharp, Independence and Randolph counties. She lost her re-election bid in 2018.
