An area woman was injured in a single-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon. Fifty-six-year-old Mary J. Huelsenbeck of Gainesville suffered what the Missouri State Highway Patrol described as moderate injuries.

The report indicates Huelsenbeck’s vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway, she overcorrected and the vehicle then went off the left side of the roadway and stuck a rock bluff.

Huelsenbeck was transported to Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home for treatment.

The accident happened at 4:55 Wednesday afternoon on U.S. Highway 160, one mile west of Gainesville.
