Entergy Arkansas will provide cash rebates through its new eTech ititiative to customers who purchase one or more electric technologies, ranging from forklifts and cranes to golf carts and electric vehicle chargers.

Known as the beneficial electrification program, eTech will be available to any eligible Entergy Arkansas customer, from residential to commercial. Entergy’s eTech program promotes the adoption of electric-powered alternatives to many applications that traditionally require fossil fuels. The program provides customer support by dedicated field representatives and financial incentives to Entergy customers who purchase select electric equipment.

Applications for rebates must be submitted within 90 days of purchase of the equipment. Items eligible under this program include forklifts, truck refrigeration units, school and transit buses, drayage trucks, electric vehicle chargers, digital billboards, scissor, boom and man lifts, scrubbers, sweepers, golf carts, people movers, cranes, airport ground support pushbacks, tug and tow tractors, belt loaders and power units.

The program will benefit customers who choose an electric vehicle for transportation. Such vehicles are an attractive option for savings because of reduced maintenance, lower fuel cost, less noise and lower emissions.

Entergy Arkansas customers can access technical and application support and apply for rebates at entergyetech.com
