A Baxter County man has been arrested on several sex charges involving a child. Seventy-four-year-old David Eugene White of Clarkridge turned himself in at the Baxter County Detention Center Thursday afternoon and was released about one hour later after posting a $150,000 bond.
White is charged with rape, sexual assault in the 2nd degree, sexual indecency with a child and sexually grooming a child.
A spokesman for the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office says the case file has been sealed, meaning no details about the case will be released. They did say the alleged actions had occurred over about a ten year period.
