A man from Fulton County has been seriously injured in an accident in Missouri. Sixty-five-year-old Dallas Montgomery of Camp was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield for treatment.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Montgomery was one of two pedestrians injured in the accident.
The crash happened when a vehicle driven by a Mountain Grove, Missouri woman struck a trailer being pulled by another truck. The Mountain Grove woman’s truck then struck the two pedestrians before overturning.
The other pedestrian, a man from Jefferson County, Arkansas, and the driver of the truck that hit the two pedestrians, were also taken to Mercy Hospital.
The accident happened Tuesday morning at 8:30 on Missouri Highway 95, three miles north of Mountain Grove.
