FAYETTEVILLE — A Bentonville man was sentenced Wednesday to 96 months in prison without the possibility of parole on one count of Transportation of Child Pornography.
The Honorable Judge Timothy L. Brooks presided over the sentencing hearing in the U.S. District Court in Fayetteville.

According to court documents, in September 2021, the Rogers Police Department received a Cyber Tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in reference to suspected child pornography being uploaded to a Google account. Further investigation revealed that the email address associated with the Google account was assigned to 36-year-old Keith Alan Miller and that the account contained child pornography belonging to Miller.

Miller was indicted in April of 2022 and entered a plea of guilty in June of 2022.

U.S. Attorney David Clay Fowlkes of the Western District of Arkansas made the announcement.

The Rogers Police Department and the Arkansas Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force investigated the case.
