
A Mountain Home man has been arrested after entering a residence without consent and taking inappropriate photos while the victim slept.
According to the probable cause affidavit, the Mountain Home Police Department were dispatched to a residence in May to a report of a person entering a home without consent.
The victim told authorities the suspect, 40-year-old Rinney Crawford, entered her home and took nude and covered photos of her and a male companion while in bed then distributed them to her and her mother via text message. She stated Crawford harasses her at her place of employment by watching her, sending texts and knowing whose vehicle’s are in the parking lot when she closes.
Crawford was charged with a misdemeanor count of unlawful distribution of sexual images or recordings and a felony count of residential burglary. He was arrested December 23 and released from the Baxter County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
