Long resigns as MH Schools superintendent; Dewey announced as successor

A change in leadership has been announced at the Mountain Home Public School District effective at the end of the school year. Dr. Jake Long announced Monday night he is resigning as the superintendent, effective June 30, and Assistant Superintendent Allyson Dewey will be his successor.

Dr. Long spoke with KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot’s Heather Loftis shortly after his announcement.
