
The Mountain Home High School boys’ soccer team was successful in its home opener on Thursday. The Bombers shut out Paragould 5-0.
James Douglas led Mountain Home with a hat trick and an assist, Zane Darracq scored a goal and dished out an assist, Walker Byrum added a goal, Sergi Carmona and Alvaro Salas each had an assist, Aiden Sanders recorded two saves, and Odei Alcalde finished with a save.
The Bombers improve to 2-0 on the season, and they’ll be in Brookland on Saturday for the Delta Showcase Tournament.
