High school baseball is included on the local Friday schedule, and Mountain Home will be on the road for its season opener. The Bombers will go to Paragould as they meet Greene County Tech.
Mountain Home is coming off a season in which they finished with a record of 17-12-1. The Bombers’ 2022 campaign advanced to the quarterfinals of the Class 5A State Tournament before they fell to Sheridan.
The varsity game begins at 4:30 followed by the junior varsity contest.
Elsewhere, Flippin hosts Yellville-Summit, Salem travels to Pocahontas, Melbourne makes the trip to Ash Flat to face Highland, and Valley Springs heads to Harrison.
