Baseball and softball make up much of the local Thursday schedule.
Two of Mountain Home’s softball teams will be at McClain Park for an outing with Valley Springs. The junior varsity game begins at 4 at Freedom Field followed by the junior high contest.
Harrison’s high school team will be in Rogers for a tournament hosted by Heritage. The Lady Goblins face Springdale at 4.
Elsewhere on the high school level, Cotter travels to Green Forest, Norfork hosts Lead Hill, Flippin makes the trip to Viola, Calico Rock entertains Mountain View, Melbourne heads to Paragould to meet Greene County Tech, and Jasper is home against Deer.
