
The SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament continues with its quarterfinal round Friday in Nashville, Tenn., and Arkansas and Missouri will both take part.
The Razorbacks will be paired with Texas A&M in the first evening game. Arkansas is currently 20-12 on the season after upsetting Auburn on Thursday. Texas A&M has a record of 23-8, and this will be its first game in the tournament. The Aggies had a double bye after finishing the regular season as the SEC runners-up. Tip-off is scheduled for 6, and the game will be televised on the SEC Network.
Missouri also has a double bye in the tournament, their game against Tennessee will be their opener. The Tigers, currently 23-8 on the year, finished the regular season in a three-way tie for fourth place with the Volunteers and Vanderbilt and won the tiebreaker for the No. 4 seed. Tennessee improved to 23-9 on Thursday after their win over Ole Miss. Tip-off is set for 2:30, and Friday’s game will be on ESPN.
