For the Mountain Home High School varsity baseball team, their season-opening home stand comes to an end as they welcome Farmington to McClain Park. The varsity game begins at 4:30 at Pitts Field followed by the junior varsity contest.
Elsewhere, Cotter meets Valley Springs at the Equity Bank Sports Complex in Harrison, Yellville-Summit faces Ozark Mountain on the Bruno-Pyatt campus in Eros, Salem hosts Tuckerman, Izard County entertains White County Central, Melbourne travels to Newport, Mountain View is home against Hoxie, Harrison hosts Gravette, Omaha makes the trip to Shirley, and Jasper entertains Green Forest.
The Mountain Home High School softball team will wrap up the week with a road trip to North Little Rock. The varsity game starts at 5, and the J.V. contest will follow.
