One endangered person advisory involving an area child has been canceled, and one remains in effect. Two-month-old Aneesa Williams was located Saturday and taken into the custody of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, and 13-year-old Hailey Terrill remains missing.
Williams reportedly went missing following an incident late Friday morning at a residence in rural Mountain Grove. The Douglas County Sheriff’s office made contact with the mother and child at 11 and returned later in the evening to issue an order of protective custody from the Children’s Division to remove the child from the mother’s care. The mother and child were reportedly not at the residence. No details were given to where or when Williams was located.
