
Fourteen new residential building permits were issued in February, according to a report from the Mountain Home Building Inspection Department.
The permits were issued to Gracybuilt on behalf of Riverwalk Rentals, LLC for buildings located from 310 to 407 Turnberry Court. Each building has a construction value of $132,000.
Two permits were issued for commercial remodels, including to Paul and Renee Botts for Retro Skate Rink, Inc. located at 407 South Main Street with a construction value of $3,000; and to Dacus Construction on behalf of Marilyn Muehler for a property located at 115 East 5th Street with a value of $56,300.
The remaining permits were for commercial signs and issued to:
Sign Studio on behalf of 7 Brew Coffee located at 650 Highway 62 East with a value of $18,000;
Cupples Sign Co for Baxter Health Bone and Joint located at 639 Broadmoor Circle with a value of $13,789;
Baxter Realty located at 0 West Paul Avenue with a value of $100; and
Lawns Plus Milling located at 500 County Road 390 with a value of $100.
Building permit totals for the month of February equal $3,698. Total construction costs equal $1.9 million.
