The Mountain Home Public Schools Board of Education will hold their regularly scheduled monthly meeting Thursday night at 6 in the Central Office Board Room.
Items on the agenda include approval to purchase furniture; approval to use vendors Ables Carpentry and Briley Jarrett photography; approval to extend banking contract with Farmers and Merchants Bank; approval to submit the federal VI-B Fund application for Special Education; approval to purchase $50,000 of ground beef from the Natural State Beef Company through the LFSA grant program; approval of an updated Memorandum of Understand with surrounding districts for Guy Berry College and Career Academy;and a request for a temporary suspension of district and teacher contract salary schedules for 2023-24 to make adjustments due to the recent LEARNS Act passed in March.
