17 business licenses issued in Feb.; 5 home-based

The City of Mountain Home issued 17 business licenses in February, including five home-based.

According to a report from building inspection manager Jeannie Anderson, the licenses include:

Keith Stuebner for Truly Mint: an auto detail business located at 36 Jadewood Lane;

Paul and Renee Botts for Retro Skate Rink, Inc. located at 407 South Main Street, Suite 17;

Brandon Barnes for BATS1 Investments: a laundry service located at 1107 Highway 62 West;

Kailoni Grothe for a short term rental property located at 1362 Hampshire Circle;

Kevin Curry for a short term rental property located at 959 South College Street;

James Tiritilli for Aristocrat Products, LLC, a sales and service business located at 1318 Bradley Drive Suite 17;

Richard and Nicole Horton for The Rabbit Hole Coffeehouse located at 307 South Main Street, Suite 13;

Brian Perry for Professional LD Title Co of AR: an abstract of titles: a title company located at 114 East 9th Street;

Ken Mills for Cox Roofing located at 5431 West Sunshine Street;

Gage Lindsey for High Class Detailing, an auto detailer, located at 1410 Rossi Road; and

Matthew Gorbet for Play it Again Games located at 2113 Highway 62 East Suite 4.

The five home-based licenses include:

John Jones for 24/6 Cleaners;

Shawn Hargett and Eric Callantine for HC Mechanical, a plumbing service;

Melissa Callahan for Maid by Mel;

Weston Hoover for Hoovers Turf and More, a landscape gardener and planner; and

Brent Taylor for Twin Lakes Electric, LLC.

Total licensing revenue for February equals $59,722. This amount includes $6,073 in alcohol tax and licenses; $53,619 in occupation licenses; $15 in pet licenses; and $15 in garage sales.
