The Cotter City Council will hold a special meeting Thursday evening at 6 at the Cotter City Hall to hear public comments on the proposed sewer rate ordinance.
Following the special meeting, the council will hold their regularly scheduled session where they will hear a letter of resignation from Alderman Ross; consider an ordinance to increase customer sewer rates in 2024; and a contract agreement for construction of sidewalks in Big Spring Park.
