A West Plains man who was charged with murder for the death of this father, has had a change of judge.

Thirty-four-year-old Christopher Thomas Greenough was charged with second degree murder of his father David Grennough in January. When officers arrived to the scene, Grennough’s father was in a chair bleeding with two puncture wounds to his head. He was transported to a West Plains hospital where he died from his injuries.

A request for the change of judge by the defense was granted on February 20. Judget John Beger, who has been assigned to the case, is not currently in Howell County until June. A hearing for the case will be heard on March 31 by Webex in Texas County.
