Due to inclement weather, the Baxter County Sesquicentennial celebration will be held inside the Baxter County Courthouse in the 2nd floor courtroom.
Friday afternoon from 2 until 4, speakers including Judge Kevin Litty, Sheriff John Montgomery, Dr. Ed Coulter, Mark Case, and Marlon Mowdy will present proclamations and share moments in Baxter County History.
