A man accused of shooting a hole through the Johnny Cash silhouette on the Kingsland water tower in May of last year has been found guilty.

On Monday, the Cleveland County Jury found Timothy Sled guilty on a felony charge of impairing the vital operation of a public facility as well as first degree criminal mischief.

Arkansas Times reports Sled will have to pay $5,000 for each felony count as well as $5,000 in restitution. The judge reportedly delayed the sentencing until April 11 to give Sled time to “get his funds in order.”

It has been said if Sled cannot make the payments, he will face jail time.
