A 3-year-old who was reported missing early Monday morning by Arkansas State Police has been found safe.
According to the press release, 3-year-old Asher Brett Siwies was found safe a short distance from his home. He was reported missing when he could not be located after he was last seen playing in a backyard on Sunday night off Woody Drive in Morrilton.
