The Mountain Home City Council will hold its regular scheduled meeting Thursday night 6 in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building.Items on the agenda include an ordinance to rezone a residential area along Arkansas Avenue from R-1 to R-2; an ordinance to change a property located at 60 Roberts Drive from residential to commercial C-2A; an ordinance to accept the final plat of Big Creek patio homes and improvements; a request from the parks department to scrap old light fixtures; an approval of a list of items from the water, parks and fire departments to send to auction; approval of ARDOT grant application documents; a request to consider satellite imagery to detect underground water leaks; authorization to set up petty cash drawers for the parks department and youth center; an ordinance to redefine positions within the parks department; and an ordinance to adopt the updated personnel policy handbook.
