Norfork High School was able to capture its fourth Class 1A state championship in eight years at the Arkansas Governor’s Academic Competition “Arkansas Quiz Bowl 2023” Saturday in Conway. The Panthers led throughout the match and defeated Sacred Heart 360-250. The tournament’s most valuable player award went to Norfork’s Ethan Terrill. The Panthers, who have finished in the top three in each of the last eight years, will take home $3,000.
