The Friends of the Baxter County Library is hosting the used book sale May 18 – 20. All proceeds will benefit the Baxter County Library programs and events.
With a large selection of books, many hardcover book are under $3 with paperbacks priced under $1.Book sale hours will be Thursday from 8:30 until 5; Friday from 9 until 5 and Saturday from 10 until 1. Saturday morning items will be half price and a $2 bag sale will start at noon.Since their founding in 1980, the Friends have given over $600,000.00 in support of the Library. Those interested in joining the Friends, visit the Library Circulation Desk. Membership dues are $5.00, due annually, and membership lasts from January to December.
