The Ava High School softball team wrapped up its season Monday by finishing fourth in the Class 2 State Tournament at Springfield. The Lady Bears began the day by falling to West County 2-0. Ava later played in the third place game and lost to Fair Grove 14-4. The Lady Bears’ final record is 19-8.
