A Mountain Home man has been arrested after allegedly punching his husband in the mouth, breaking his jaw and knocking out a tooth. The incident that led to the arrest of 33-year-old Chase Nathaniel Pollard happened in Marion County at the victim’s house.
According to the probable cause affidavit, the victim had returned home when Pollard arrived and started yelling at and arguing with the victim. The victim told Pollard to leave and turned around, and that’s when Pollard came around and punched him in the mouth and then fled the area.
The victim received a broken jaw and was told he will need corrective oral surgery.
The victim told the investigating deputy he and Pollard are married but no longer live together.
Pollard is charged with a felony count of domestic battery in the second degree. His bond is set at $10,000.
Pollard was arrested in Baxter County earlier this year for a violent domestic incident. He was arrested 2021 for assaulting relatives and in 2019 when he and his twin brother Chad, were involved in a high speed chase that went through Marion and Baxter counties.
