The Mountain Home MacLeod American Legion baseball team split its games on the road Monday against Harrison. Macleod took the first game 8-6. Finley Chafin was 2-for-3 with 2 doubles, 3 RBIs and one stolen base. Maddox Carney pitched three innings followed by Jordan Corbett finishing with Nate Henderson for three innings and four strike outs.
In game two it was Harrison with the win 3-0. For Macleod Jackson Corp was 1-for-2 with a triple and Jaxson Wescoat was 1-for-2. Wescoat pitched four innings with six strikeouts.
Macleod is now 11-1 on the season.
