It was a tough night on the road for the Amercian Legion Alley White baseball team as they fell to Batesville tuesday evening.
Batesville took the win in the first game with a score of 8-5. Maddox Chism took the loss with five strike outs over five innings. Easton Carter led in hitting going 3-for-4 with two RBIs. Erik Foster also led going 2-for-3.
Mountain Home’s luck did not improve in the second game as Batesville again took the win with a score of 13-10. Garret Templeton took the loss on the pitch. Erik Foster was 3-for-3 with runs and Easton Carter was also 3-for-3 with two runs and 3 RBIs.
Alley White’s record is now 3-7 on the season.
